These two had a wonderful, intimate wedding at the AMAZING Towerbosch at Knorhoek.

It was such a great wedding with a lot of love and laughs.

I really had fun spending time with this family and their friends.  Joanne has the most beautiful daughters who made sure there was never a dull moment, and her and Bruce have the most beautiful little boy Cole – who is a very handsome little young man!

It was a privilege to share your day with you, and I trust that you will have many more happy years together.  Never stop laughing, and never stop having FUN!  It’s contagious!!

Vicky is from England and Pete is a South African bloke who, together with their families and friends,  trekked up to Montagu to get married.

Cabrieres is always intimate and special, and it just added to the fun day these two had.

Jonty and Kathy have walked a long road together….  They met 12 years ago after Kathy (who is originally from Great Britain) visited South Africa after travelling through various countries.  During these 12 years, they travelled a lot and started a very successful commercial and industrial property company. They finally got married on the 31^st of March and celebrated the day with close friends and family (including their black Labrador, Rosie) at the Riebeek Valley Hotel in Riebeek West.  It was such a joyful day and the sincerity of their love and devotion to one another and their love for their friends and family was so visible throughout the whole day.  May your road ahead be blessed and full of joy!

Words won’t be able to do this wedding justice.  All I know is that I had SO much fun, and it was such an honour for me to be able to take the pictures for this beautiful wedding.

Helgard and Erin have been together for a few years and the love between them is tangible.  Erin has the most beautiful eyes and it’s evident that Helgard also thinks so!!  He only has eyes for her*  Their ceremony took place in the beautiful Stellenbosch Moedergemeente, after which we had an adventure all the way to Wellington – where they had their reception.  We had lots of fun driving, stopping, taking pictures, driving again etc.  These two were lots of fun and never complained about the rush of our adventure.

Helgard and Erin, this was such a massive privilege for me and I hope you enjoy the pictures!  I look forward to our next cup of coffee in Basic Bistro – and this time coffee is on me!

Wow!! – all I can actually say. Both Russell and Lesley now live in Mountain View in San Fransisco and came back to their roots to celebrate their wedding day.

Lesley got dressed at the fabulous Cathbert Country Inn on the Foothills of Simonsberg, believe it or not, Cathbert was built, managed and owned by my “aunt and uncle” Robert & Ann Morley. (I say aunt and uncle as they are such close family friends I consider them family). The rest of the wedding was so much fun, these two have such amazing friends and family that travelled from very far just to spend this special day with them. Marissa and I had so much fun and we can only thank everyone who made this wedding truly spectacular.

A huge thanks to ALP Marisa for all her help yesterday..!

Kyk, met hierdie twee gaan alles oor die fun. En dit was heerlik – ek’s seker almal het lank laas so gelag.

Talita het ‘n geweldige oog vir detail en alles op die troue het ‘n vorm van simboliek gehad. Van die ringe wat elke strooimeisie gekry het tot die boompies op elke tafel. Ongelooflik.

In tales told of this time people say he didn’t act too interested in her at this stage. He was playing it cool. It didn’t last, though.

A few games and socials later she got to know the chap a bit better and fell head over heels.

Tim and Tina are what you want from fairy tales – they laugh and they love. They infect everyone around them with a sense of joy.

Johan en Hendrien het sekerlik op een van die warmste dae van 2011 getrou. Ek het laas so warm gekry met Hendrien se sussie, Annatjie, se troue.

Johan en Hendrien is fantasties saam. Selfs in die kort tydperk wat ek hulle te siene gekry het, kon ek sien hoe hulle die beste in mekaar uitbring.

Die onthaal is in die NG kerksaal in Montagu gehou. Geen troubeplanners of venues-waar-als-klaar-gedoen-is nie. Net vrek harde werk. Dit wil gedoen wees! Die troue was pragtig, met ‘n aansteeklike gevoel van liefde en gelukkigheid.
