What It Does:
Build bridges between resource holders (industries, entrepreneurs, social innovators) and underserved communities, particularly in sectors like agriculture. Coordinates resource islands and create awareness for collective blindness and futurelessness and assist with sensemaking and agency.

Why It Matters:
Resources exist, but pathways between those resources and communities are often broken or non-existent. Catalysts create the connections that enable inclusive, sustainable growth.

The Experience:
Participants learn to:

• Map existing community structures and resources
• Develop human-centered governance models
• Create sustainable linkages across sectors
• Optimize resource flows to underserved areas

Focus: Leveraging existing structures rather than creating new bureaucracies.
